Sustainable maritime cuisine meets tourism
On 11 May, we drove our electric car to Boulogne sur Mer, a small maritime city in the North of France. There, we graphic recorded the MARINA Mobilisation and Mutual Learning workshop "Maritime Cuisine Meets Sustainable Tourism" at Nausicaa National Sea Center.
The organizers brought together researchers, business representatives, policy makers and implementers and citizens to discuss the future landscapes of sustainable seafood production and consumption. In a room that was bursting with ideas, the participants developed a roadmap of possible actions which can be taken to support sustainable maritime tourism.
