Animations

We make your story move – literally. Some ideas need more than words or slides – they need motion, story, and rhythm. An explainer video or animated whiteboard video is a short, engaging film that brings your message to life using visuals, voice, and movement. Unlike static content, it allows you to walk people through an idea step by step – showing rather than telling.

How can animations help you?

In today’s fast-paced world, grabbing attention and effectively communicating your ideas is crucial. Sometimes you need more than a static image — you need motion, voice, and story. Whether you want to showcase a product, explain a complex idea, or inspire action, we help you turn your message into an animated video that’s easy to understand and hard to forget. We work with you to script, storyboard, design, and animate a video that fits your goals, your tone, and your audience. Explainer videos, animated whiteboard films, hand-drawn animations — we help you find the right format to make your story move.

Key benefits:
  • Captures attention fast: Movement pulls people in. Perfect for short attention spans and crowded feeds.
  • Builds emotional connection: Great animation doesn’t just explain — it makes people feel something. Through story, tone, and visual style, explainer videos can create an emotional link with your audience.
  • Highly shareable: People love sharing videos, especially when they’re clear, fun, and easy to follow. A well-crafted explainer video has built-in social potential, helping your message to reach audiences you might not reach otherwise.

Not all animations are the same

Explainer videos come in many shapes and speeds. Some are calm and minimal — more like a visual voice-over, perfect for serious topics or step-by-step processes. Others are full of movement, characters, and transitions that keep the energy high and the pace fast.

Whether you need something simple and steady or dynamic and attention-grabbing, we help you choose the right style and rhythm for your message. It’s not about more movement — it’s about the right movement.

Іnteractive animations

Sometimes you want to really engage your viewers or you have more to share than what fits in a single storyline. That’s where interactive videos come in. With clickable elements like pop-ups, quizzes, jump-to sections, and links to more info, you turn your video into an experience. Viewers can explore what matters most to them, engage at their own pace, and dive deeper where it counts.
Perfect for onboarding, training, or making complex content more personal and user-friendly.

Testimonial

“We had the pleasure of working with Sven and Teresa on the trailer for our non-profit. Together, we co-wrote the script, shared ideas, and brainstormed to bring this beautiful video to life — and we’re incredibly proud of the result. Their professionalism, attentive listening, and kindness made all the difference. A big thank you to both for this wonderful collaboration!”

FAQ

What kind of animations do you make?

Depending on your need we could create an input video where an expert elaborates on a topic, an explainer video which lays out a process or a brand video where you can explain who you are and what you do.
Most of our animations are hand-drawn but we can also make it in a modern vector style. It all depends on your story, audience, and where the video will be used.

What is a co-creation session, and what do we do there?

A co-creation session is a focused workshop (usually around 2 to 3 hours) where we sit down with you to explore the heart of your message together. It’s not about handing over polished slides — it’s about digging into your content, asking the right questions, and surfacing what really needs to be visualised.

During the session, we:

  • Map out the key ideas, layers, and relationships in your content
  • Challenge assumptions and spot gaps or overlaps
  • Clarify your goals, audience, and what the infographic needs to achieve
  • Start shaping a shared understanding of the story we want to tell

It’s a collaborative thinking space — creative, strategic, and often energising. Many clients say it’s the first time their complex topic has started to make real sense, even for themselves.

How many people should we bring to a co-creation session?

We recommend a small group — ideally between three and five people. More than that, and the conversation tends to get noisy or lose focus. The best mix usually includes people who hold essential information others don’t, people who have the power to say no to the outcome and somebody from the communication team. Involving both early on leads to stronger ideas and fewer roadblocks later.

How long does it take to create an animation?

It depends on the scope and on how quickly you can give feedback, but usually 4 to 8 weeks from the co-creation workshop to final delivery. If there’s a deadline, we’re happy to work backwards from that.

How much does an animation cost?

It depends on various factors including:

  • Length of the video.
  • Style (how do we visualise) and complexity (how much movement involved).
  • Your time frame.

Animations tend to be more expensive than infographics because we have to add a lot of extra time to make the video come to life. If you want to discuss this, Get in touch with our team. We can customize an offer that is based on your requirements and budget.

How long should my animation be?

That depends on your audience and message — but shorter is usually better. Most explainer videos work best between 60 and 90 seconds, long enough to tell a story but short enough to keep attention. For more complex topics or multi-part animations, we help you break things up without losing the thread.

Who owns the rights to the video?

You do! You have complete rights on our videos so they can use them however and wherever they want to.

Will there be a voiceover?

If you want one — yes! Most of our explainer videos and animations include voiceover to guide the story. We can help write the script and match it with the right voice.

Is the voiceover a real person or an AI voice?

That’s up to you. We offer both. AI voices are faster and budget-friendly, while real voice actors bring more emotion, nuance, and warmth. We’re happy to help you choose what fits your message best.

What about some background music or sound effects? And the copyright to that?

We can add background music or subtle sound effects to bring your video to life. We only use royalty-free or licensed audio, so you don’t have to worry about copyright issues. Everything we include is cleared for use.

Can the animation have different languages?

Yes, we can produce the video in different languages or we can work with subtitles. We will invite you to provide the translations, though!
