Can you help us decide what goes in the booklet?

Yes! We’re happy to co-create the structure with you. We’ll ask the right questions to help you decide what your participants need most — and what will make the experience smoother and more valuable.

Do you only do print, or also digital versions?

Both. We can create a print-ready PDF and a digital version for email or mobile use. If you’re going fully paperless, we can also design for interactive formats.

Can you help with printing?

Absolutely. We can coordinate with your print supplier or connect you to one we trust. Need advice on size, paper, or finish? We’ve got you covered.

Isn’t it very non-sustainable to do all the printing?

We get it — sustainability matters to us too. That’s why we work with local printers who use recycled paper and vegetable-based inks whenever possible. We also design our materials to be useful beyond the event, so they don’t end up in the bin after one day. And if you prefer to go fully digital, we’re happy to create an interactive version instead.

Do people really use those booklets, you think?

Actually, yes. We design our booklets to be practical tools — not glossy throwaways. With space for notes, maps, speaker info and personal reflection, they guide people through the day and help them capture what matters. Many participants tell us they keep the booklet long after the event, not just as a souvenir, but because it still feels useful.

Can the booklet include writing space for participants?

Yes — and we recommend it! We often include space for personal notes, takeaways, or contact details. That’s what makes the booklet something people keep and interact with, not just read.

What if our agenda or speakers change at the last minute?

It happens. We plan for a final edit as close to the deadline as possible, so there’s still room for last-minute tweaks, without disrupting the whole design. If the booklet has already gone to print, we can always create a custom update page that you print separately and slip inside.
