Interactive templates and boards

You bring the people. We get them moving, thinking, and talking. Interactive templates and boards are large, visual tools that invite people to engage — not just with your content, but with each other. Imagine a giant poster that guides a group through a conversation. A wall where people place stickers or draw responses. A “paint-by-number” mural that grows with every new contribution. Or a template that helps a group to reflect about a new strategy.

How can interactive templates and boards be helpful

At conferences or events, engagement too often stops at the Q&A. People listen, maybe ask a question and that’s it. Even when you put them in working groups, it’s easy for conversations to drift or stall without structure. We can help you to do better.

Interactive boards and templates give people a concrete starting point, a shared canvas, a structure, a prompt that brings focus and flow to the discussion. Whether it’s a large-format workshop sheet guiding a group through a tough conversation, a playful board that invites feedback in the hallway, or a personal template that helps someone reflect in their own space, each one is designed to unlock participation.

Instead of just talking about engagement, you build it right into the room. People contribute with clarity and creativity, and they leave feeling like they were truly a part of something.

Key benefits:
  • Tools that activate participation: People don’t just sit and listen — they reflect, respond, co-create.
  • A format that fits your purpose: From large-scale group templates to small personal tools, everything is designed around your context.
  • Content meets creativity: We blend clarity and playfulness — so it’s both meaningful and fun.
  • A visual experience that sticks: The result isn’t just useful in the moment — it often ends up on walls, in photos, and in people’s minds long after.

Interactive Workshop Templates

Group work doesn’t work without structure. Our large-format workshop templates guide teams through a conversation or process, step by step. Each section of the template helps groups focus, capture ideas, and move forward together — whether they’re mapping insights, solving problems, or designing solutions. It’s the difference between an unstructured chat and a conversation with purpose.

Interactive boards

Want to get your audience involved beyond the main stage? Our interactive boards are designed to be placed in open spaces — perfect for breaks, arrivals, or in-between moments. They invite people to respond to a prompt, vote, reflect, or share something personal. Where are you from? How do you feel about a topic? What would you change? These boards don’t just collect input — they start conversations and help build a community feeling.

Large Paint-by-Numbers Murals

A creative, collective experience that brings people together. Our paint-by-number murals are visual frameworks built around a central theme. Participants colour in sections one by one — alone or in small groups — and slowly a full image emerges. It’s not just beautiful, it’s symbolic: each contribution adds to a shared message. Ideal for conferences, team days, or public events where you want something that people remember and co-create.

How It Works

Briefing & purpose

  • We explore what you want people to reflect on, discuss, or contribute to
  • We define how the templates or boards will be used — and by whom
  • We match the format (group, individual, walk-up…) to your goals

Design & feedback

  • We develop a concept and visual layout that fits your tone, brand and context
  • We check in with you along the way and fine-tune based on feedback
  • We prepare the files for print, plotter, or hand-drawn execution

Delivery & use

  • We deliver ready-to-use templates or install them on-site if needed
  • We offer tips or facilitation suggestions to get the most out of them
  • Want to reuse or adapt them after the event? We can make that happen too

Testimonial

“I had the chance to work with Visuality on a forum for one of the EU projects, and they did amazing! Everything was organised and thought of, and well prepared for. The team is very flexible and supportive. Their focus always is on how to help you have the best experience through your events.“

FAQ

What kinds of templates or boards do you make?

We design a wide range of interactive tools — from large workshop templates that guide group conversations, to individual reflection sheets, paint-by-number murals, and visual boards that invite input in shared spaces. If it gets people to think, talk, or contribute, we can create it.

Do you only make physical templates, or also digital ones?

We do both. We often design large printed templates for physical engagement, but we can also create versions for digital whiteboards or hybrid events. We create digital templates for platforms like Miro or Mural, so people can engage visually even when working remotely. Perfect for online workshops, hybrid conferences, or virtual team sessions. It depends on how and where you want people to interact.

How do we come up with the content for the board? Can you help with that?

Yes! You can give it to us or we can co-create the content with you. We help you define the purpose, frame the right questions or prompts, and design it in a way that makes it easy and engaging for people to interact with.

How does the interaction work? Are the boards stand-alone, or do you stay with them to guide people?

It depends on what you want. Some boards work fine on their own, while others benefit from someone nearby to spark engagement. We can stay and facilitate, or we help you brief your own team to guide people during the event.

Can you help us figure out the right format?

Yes — that’s part of our job. You don’t need to arrive with the perfect idea. We help you explore what kind of template or board fits your space, audience, and goals — whether it’s individual reflection, group work, or collective interaction in a hallway.

How big can they be?

As big (or small) as needed or your setting allows. We create formats ranging from A1 or A0 for tabletop group work, to full pinboard-sized interactive walls for public spaces, all the way up to 10-meter-long paint-by-number murals. We’ll help you find the right scale for your context.

What materials do you work with? Are they sustainable?

Whenever possible, yes. We favour cardboard over foam board, use biodegradable ink in our markers, and design with reusability and recyclability in mind. We’re always happy to advise on eco-conscious options that still look great and last through your event.
