FAQ

Is this only for teams in conflict?

Not at all. Some teams come to us when things are tense, others when they’re in transition or simply want to work better together. Coaching works best when there’s a willingness to look both inward (at relationships) and outward (at the system).

What makes your approach different?

We don’t just look at individuals or skills. We look at the whole system. That means the way people interact with each other and the processes, power structures, and cultural patterns that shape those interactions. We draw on ORSC (Organisational & Relationship Systems Coaching), Radical Collaboration, Deep Democracy, Mediation, trauma informed practice and more.

Can this be done online?

Yes. Work in-person can offer more depth, but we regularly work online using breakout rooms, visual boards, and adapted tools. Hybrid formats are not advisable though.

How many sessions do we need?

It depends on your goals. Some teams benefit from a single deep-dive, others from a full trajectory. That being said, change doesn’t happen overnight. So, if you want a profound impact, we’ll probably need more sessions. We’ll help you design something realistic and impactful.

Is this leadership coaching or team coaching?

Both. Sometimes we focus on the leadership team. Sometimes on the full team. Often, we work across both – because leadership and team dynamics are deeply connected.

We’re not sure where the problem is — does that matter?

Not at all. We’re trained to work with complexity. Often, what looks like a people issue turns out to be a system challenge – or vice versa. We help you unpack it, without blame.
