Non-Violent Communication
We all want to be understood. But sometimes, even with the best intentions, our words trigger defensiveness, distance, or disconnection.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) helps you shift the conversation. It’s a practice for expressing yourself honestly and listening with empathy — even when things get tense. It’s not about being soft or nice.
It’s about being clear, grounded, and human.
In this training, you’ll learn how to move beyond blame, get to what really matters, and create the kind of connection where real dialogue becomes possible.
Through practice and reflection, you’ll learn to:
- Notice and interrupt judgmental or defensive patterns
- Name your own needs without blame or pressure
- Hear what’s alive in others, even when their words are hard to hear
- Stay connected to yourself in difficult conversations
- Make clear requests — not silent expectations
- Communicate with more honesty, empathy, and courage
We work with real-life situations — not theory alone — and create a safe space to experiment and grow.
Who is this for
This training is for anyone who wants to improve the way they communicate — especially when it matters most:
- Leaders and facilitators
- Educators, coaches and team leads
- Parents, partners, colleagues, humans
- People who tend to speak too quickly — or not at all
- Anyone curious about how to speak from the heart (without losing their head)
You don’t need any prior NVC experience — just a willingness to slow down and look inward.
Duration
This is a 1 day training.
