Strategic Infographics

We help people see what you mean. An infographic is a custom-made visual that turns complex ideas into clear, structured insights. Unlike standard designs or templates, we build visuals that help see the bigger picture, understand connections, and align around a story. Think of it as a strategic roadmap — visual, accessible, and made to guide action.

What an infographic helps you with

You’ve got a lot of content: a policy plan, a strategic roadmap, a process that needs to be rolled out. You know it matters, but it’s hard to communicate clearly without overwhelming your audience. Before you know it, the heart of your message gets lost.

We help you make your message visible in a way that’s not just beautiful, but built for understanding. Whether you need to convince stakeholders, align a team, or communicate to a wider audience, a strategic infographic helps you cut through the clutter, focus attention, and get people moving in the same direction.

Go beyond the Canva shortcut. No templates, no copy-paste icons. We listen, ask the right questions, and co-create a visual that fits your story. One that works for your desired format: on the wall, on poster, on a website or in a report. Your infographic becomes something people actually use, not just glance at.

Key benefits of infographics:
  • Brings clarity to complexity: We translate layered information into a single, understandable visual that makes your message easy to grasp at a glance.
  • Aligns people and ideas: By showing the connections between parts of a system or process, our infographics help teams get on the same page and speak the same language.
  • Builds lasting understanding: Our visuals stick. Whether printed, presented, or shared online, they become reference points people return to again and again.

FAQ

Can’t we just make an infographic in Canva?

You can — if you know exactly what you want to say, how to structure it, and how to visualise it clearly and impactfully. Canva is a great tool for quick and simple designs, but that’s also its limit: it gives you templates, not thinking.

What we offer goes far beyond design. We help you shape the story behind the infographic — deciding what matters most, what to highlight, and how to connect the dots visually. We start with a co-creation workshop to understand your message deeply, then build a strategic visual tailored to your audience, goals, and context. It’s not about decoration — it’s about clarity, alignment, and lasting impact.

Our clients often tell us the real value wasn’t just the final visual — it was the process of thinking through the message together. That’s something no template can do.

What do you need from us to get started?

Strategic roadmaps, policy plans, organisational structures, processes, timelines, team journeys, project overviews — anything that’s layered, complex, or hard to explain in words alone.

What is a co-creation session, and what do we do there?

A co-creation session is a focused workshop (usually around 2 to 3 hours) where we sit down with you to explore the heart of your message together. It’s not about handing over polished slides — it’s about digging into your content, asking the right questions, and surfacing what really needs to be visualised.

During the session, we:

  • Map out the key ideas, layers, and relationships in your content
  • Challenge assumptions and spot gaps or overlaps
  • Clarify your goals, audience, and what the infographic needs to achieve
  • Start shaping a shared understanding of the story we want to tell

It’s a collaborative thinking space — creative, strategic, and often energising. Many clients say it’s the first time their complex topic has started to make real sense, even for themselves.

How many people should we bring to a co-creation session?

We recommend a small group — ideally between three and five people. More than that, and the conversation tends to get noisy or lose focus. The best mix usually includes people who hold essential information others don’t, and people who have the power to say no to the outcome. Involving both early on leads to stronger ideas and fewer roadblocks later.

How long does it take to create an infographic?

It depends on the scope, but usually 2 to 4 weeks from the co-creation workshop to final delivery. If there’s a deadline, we’re happy to work backwards from that.

Can we use the infographic in different formats?

Yes! We deliver your infographic in high-quality formats that can be used in presentations, reports, online, and even printed at large scale. Need different sizes or languages? Just ask.

Can we update the infographic later on?

Absolutely. If your strategy evolves or the content needs a refresh, we can update the original visual without starting from scratch.
